We accept returns of unworn shoes within 30 days in the original shoe box and in their original condition.

Your return request via email must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of the original order to you. Please send us an email at to request the return. We will then email you a return shipping label and instructions. We must receive the returned shoes back at our Texas warehouse within 15 days after the date we emailed you the return label and instructions. Please do not send back items by any means other than those in our emailed instructions.

Please note that Clearance and Sales items may not be returned or exchanged.

The original shipping charges for your original order are not refundable.

There is a return fee as follows: one item (one pair of shoes is considered one item): $6.95; and one or two additional return items: $5.00 per additional return item.

If the return item is a tall boot, the return fee is $9.95.

Return fees will be charged per your original payment method.

The maximum return items per order is three. The return fee covers re-stocking and postage back to the Texas warehouse. Return credit for the item(s) will be refunded per your original payment method once the item(s) is(are) received and deemed by us to be in proper return condition.

All the above return fees are for UPS Ground service and apply to returns from all states in the United States with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. Any return fees outside these 48 states will be disclosed at time of accepting your original order as are the original shipping fees to you from our Texas warehouse.
